One of the worst companies for air conditioning work. I bought a new $3700 unit from this company with the assurance it would fit in the space provided and blow air out harder thru the ducts. Installation was a mess coupled with problems fitting unit into the space and copper piping as well as pvc piping sticking out beyond space provided preventing attachment of doors to conceal unit to be done. The installers left saying they couldn't do anything about the pipe protrusion problem. Later that evening I heard water gurgling and found water seeping out of the air conditioning area. Upon investigating it, found installers forgot to plug in cord to pump unit. They left area soiled along with nicks, scratches and gouges as well as leaving debris outside and broken a sprinkler head. It took two more visits before an installer finally rectified the PVC pipe problem. During first visit, I thought it was fixed, but heard gurgling noise and when I called the office they said, "don't worry, it's nothing, but if it gets louder call the office." Noise continued and another repairman came out and finally fixed it.
The unit does not blow any harder than the previous one thru the ducts as sales person had indicated it would. Overall, I'd rate this company an "F".
